you are really pale. pls get some sun or take mt2.

also get your iron checked, idk if you have low iron or if your skin is just like that bc you are def pale.

and start taking a high ish dose of lycopene every day, it can give you a more red / rosier complexion over time. lycopene is an antioxidant but it can give you a rosier complexion over time

also start using topical minoxidil on your eyebrows & dye your eyebrows a bit darker than the current shade. that will def help your coloring bc rn your face doesn't really have any contrast. darken your brows & thicken them

if you find out your iron is low, start supplementing 60mg of elemental iron in the form of iron bisglycinate every day with 500mg vitamin c (for absorption). dont take it with dairy, caffeine, or anything, try to take it by itself with vitamin c on an empty stomach or that shit will not work. but dont take it unless you genuinely do need it lol

didnt know, thought he was pale. idek if i am white, i gotta do a dna test later lmfaoo bc i have a warm undertone and am not pale even though i get zero sun

abt your question, you might want to double check but im pretty sure lycopene is better for complexion. astaxanthin is good to take in a high ish dose too if you get sun a lot, pretty sure it helps with preventing your skin from sunburns & tanning more evenly

if youre iron deficient he should take ferrous sulphate, its the first line treatment for iron defiency in most countries, not elemental iron; youre right with the vitamin c and empty stomach though

I'm on 12mg I think atm. Will buy lycopene soon. Do you know how long this stuff takes to kick in?

why? bisglycinate is best for absorption. my ferritin was at 25ng/ml 2 months ago and is at 81ng/ml or higher now bc ive been supplementing using the exact stuff i wrote in my other message. it's a pretty fast rise for ferritin & doesnt usually go from low to high-normal in 2 months. every iron supplement is defined by its elemental iron content, because that's the actual iron your body uses. ferrous sulfate is just another form, bisglycinate is the best form for absorption

8-12 weeks & then it stays there, won't get any more than what you have at 8-12 weeks. you just have to maintain it after

ofcourse ferrous sulphate contains elemental iron, its just the standard for deficency, its also really cheap

Ah okay. i just meant that if he has money he should use bisglycinate for better absorption & to avoid GI issues lol

topical or digesting vitc

topical works best as its directly

can I take it with with water

yep, take it on an empty stomach with a 500mg vit c supplement for better absorption. make sure your iron supp is ~60mg elemental iron; if it says 60mg iron bisglycinate, it's a very low dose of iron. Iron bisglycinate is usually ~20% elemental iron by weight, so make sure you're checking before you buy to make sure what you're getting is correct. It should be 60mg elemental iron in the form of iron bisglycinate. message me if you have any questions before you buy yours
