Only if you were morbidly obese to begin with

No. If anything it would make it worse by causing orbital fat shrinkage. That being said, losing weight is generally a looksmax

made my upper eyelid exposure worse by a little i think but it's worth the jaw

no. weight loss would result in loss of fat on your orbital region and if you don't have a strong brow ridge to begin with it would result in much larger UEE

If a skinny person became muscular, could they expect a noticeable increase in the fat on their orbital region?

100% agree with this.
Probably makes it worse or equal at best
