Will widening the maxilla widen the cheekbones therefore fixing negative hooding?

I imagine if you somehow manage to expand your maxilla/palate -> wider cheekbones, it will kinda raise the end parts of your eyebrows fixing negative hooding. I'm talking about slight negative hooding not oldcel tier, i have neutral canthal tilt with downward medial canthus and if i fixed my bone related slight negative hooding it will improve my eye (since my left eye is quite the opposite)

Negative hooding can be just genetic even if you have top tier cheekbones

Frontal and temple width + height limit the rotation of the eye area. Thats why not even maxillary expansion like MSE can do anything to improve the rotation of the zygos, its mostly a cranial issue.
