Will wisdom teeth removal recess or affect my jaw shape and development in any way? - 16

My wisdom teeth are growing in crooked and I’ll have to get them removed soon, I’m curious as to if I’ll experience any jaw recession or shrinkage or anything of the sort as I’m 16 and still going through puberty - Please let me know of any positive or negative benefits

And I read some people on the forum talking about positive effects like increased hollowness but I figured that was just cope
