I agree 100% Been getting seasonal depression every winter the past couple years. Been taking vit d every winter for years. Hopefully this winter will be different because I’m trying everything in order to not be depressed.

For me summer is the most brutal, nothing worse than seeing people your age lifemogging you, being out with their friends/ girlfriend, going on music festivals and just enjoying life while im rotting, during winter people dont socialize as much and stay indoor

personally I've had most luck with women in December/January. It's cold and dark and they feel more depressed and alone. They visit their family for christmas and get asked why they dont have a relationship. They don't have a guy to kiss and celebrate NYE with.

And that's when they install a dating app and fall into my trap: They slightly lower their standards to try and get a LTR instead of the chads-only swiping they do in spring/summer.
