Wisdom teeth causing issues

The left lower wisdom teeth came out diagonally inwards and is a slight annoyance everytime.

Rest of the wisdom teeth are good no issues

What can I do? Should get it extracted? But Jew surgeon might tell me to remove all 4.

My left masseter is bigger as well.

It bothers me and over works my left masseter. It came out fine it’s just like 30 percent more turned towards the centre of my mouth causing aches in some situations

Yeah buts it only on the bottom left side. I think right when it was developing my grandpa had died which caused me to grind during sleep due to anxiety and shit.

I have the opposite problem, my tooth is rotated towards the outside. The dentist wasn't able to solve the issue. I'm looking into trying again with invisalign or ALF and perhaps reimplating some of the wisdom teeth I got removed.
One ortho confirmed to me the problem can be solved with invisalign so try to go for that. Don't remove your wisdom teeth it's not worth it
