Wisdom teeth removal

I got both of my wisdom teeth on the left side removed half a year ago and I don’t know if I should remove the other two because of what I’ve read online about bone loss. What should I do? Can I get wisdom teeth implants? Should I just get marpe and remove the last 2 wisdom teeth? My family has a clinic but in my country (Bulgaria) marpe is only done to preteens and my uncle told me I don’t need it even though my tongue doesn’t fit on my palette and I bite it constantly.

A friend that’s in the looksmax community told me to do some research and I just started reading articles about it online. I asked my dentist about bone grafting or implants before we started to procedure but he said I shouldnt experience bone resorption because I’m young, healthy, very active and if I take a lot of calcium and eat right I’ll be fine. But I overthink everything and can’t stop contemplating my decision to go through with the procedure because if I didn’t maybe we would’ve done marpe. Also one more thing is that I had braces for 2 years so that’s also a possibility as to why he didn’t wanna give me marpe. It would have been 2 years of pain for nothing. At least it made me less recessed because before braces I had a crazy underbite for some reason.
