What's the approximate cost of getting this done privately? I know it's going to be a prerequisite for the BSSO cut and I also know the NHS waiting list could be dreadfully long and unpredictable.

Mine cost like £600 in total done privately for both the bottom ones.
Also with the BSSO you will need to wait 3 months after extractions before you can have the surgery so keep that in mind.

Yeah it is. Also you wont get it on the NHS unless you really need it and I would expect theres alot of hoops to jump through.

Most surgeons prefer it to be done in advance, you could ask but it would increases the risks of a poor split.
