Anyone able to debunk this? Didn't watch the video, but to me it does make sense that if your maxilla is recessed, then you'll get sleep apnea eventually. Not only is worse breathing bad for you, but sleep apnea also ruins your sleep quality and we all know good sleep is essential to health and looks.

So bad breathing + bad sleep = looksmin and lifemin and shorter lifespan. Everything about your life will be worse - the way you feel, the way you look, etc.

A recessed guy will have worse breathing throughout his life, whereas someone like Jordan Barrett will have perfect breathing and thus have better sleep and health throughout his life and feel better and probably live longer.
Makes sense to me.

Another reason why bimax is critical if you have a recessed maxilla.
