i had this issue but its important to end your words abruptly sleeping- and then just end it there dont leave space for it to wobble or change tone and drink water since your mouth could be dry and your trying to swallow.

I don't know. Is it because you speak in English and not in your native language? When you speak in English your mind could translates it in your head, thus you're thinking more when speaking. Depends how fluent and good you are in languages.
