In terms of natural supplements to help with natural bodybuilding, a B-complex, caffeine, creatine, vitamin D, magnesium, gelatin powder is all i can recommend, and i dont take those most days just when i feel like a need a little edge in training or recovery

I would drop the cardio, and just run a DNP cycle to lose fat if youre extremely obese. Cardio is unnecessary for bodybuilding. i follow doug brignoles program which is the most optiaml exercise for each muscle, i dont benchpress deadlift or squat. i isolate each muscle (theres 18 muscles) and do 6 muscles each day, split into two workouts where i do 3 muscles in the morning and 3 muscles at night time. Each workout lasts about 30 minutes, i only do 3 sets for each muscles with the most opimcal exercize for that muscle. I linked a PDF to doug brignoles opitmal exercizes. This video basically covers my routine, i do all of these movements except for back i do cable rows and for quads i just go leg extension.What about dnp? How is my program.
Monday - Chest and Back: incline bench 4x12, 4x8 pull ups (supersetted with bench), 4x12 Yates rows, 3x12 dips, 3x12 lat pullovers
Tuesday - Shoulders and legs: 12x5 hack squats, 5x25 rear delt flys, 3x12 leg press, 5x25 lat raises
Wednesday - Arms: 3x12 close grip bench, 3x8 chinups (supersetted with bench), 3x8 ez bar curls, 3x12 skull crushers (superset)
Thursday - Shoulders and legs
Friday - cardio
Saturday - Chest and back
Sunday - cardio
