Because netherlands is not above balkans even with significantly better protein index, they’re 1-2cm shorter than the balkans

Which countries in northern Europe (scandis) are 5'9.

I know Albania is short compared to their neighbours in the Balkans but they're Albanians JFL.

When I went to Greece they were like 1 inch shorter than Brits.

Greeks are taller than brits, brits are 175cm on average while both Greeks and Albanians are 178-179cm on average, both taller than brits. UK is short compared to even the shortest balkan countries.

That exactly what I was saying. UK is tall globally but not amongst the tallest. Tbf those Balkan countries + Netherland and Nordic countries + Estonia/Latvia etc are in a league of their own.

After that you have Anglo countries, France, Germany and maybe Spain and Russia on the low end.

Only after that then you got Portugal, north Africa, Turkey, Lebanon. They are not as tall as the UK. I wouldn't be insecure at all if I was in these countries. I'd still be shorter than average but wearing Nike air max would solve the day for me.
