Makes sense. When women are most fertile they are going to want a guy with good genes (hence more dimorphic features) while when they are not in that stage they might be inclined to go for aesthetics more, hence the pretty boy obsession.

Most of the pretty boys we talk about have good levels of dimorphism and bone structure anyways. It isn't really a case of aesthetics vs dimorphism. If a woman has the hots for a masculine man they are thinking this:

A lot of it comes down to if they are bisexual or on the pill too I reckon.

Both are just as aesthetic to women but taste is different.
