Is not working out during puberty makes you lose your potential to widen clavicles for example?
Is this loss significant?

What do you think if you have any practical experience or scientific researches?

I was working out like 10% of my puberty and im near 20, so... I guess i can be saved probably, but not that much...

swimming will get you wider shoulders than you genetically would get, also clavicles.
it depends on the exercise and routine/diet/genetics tbh

just dont lift too hard (compounds like squat and dl) and you are fine
