Okay so I have heard the resistance training stunts growth argument, that it changes nothing , and that it promotes more optimized growth. But I was wondering how it really worked like how people who are lazy from when they are children are underdeveloped and short but the ones who played sports are tall and strong. Right? so that also made me wonder because that is not lifting, but dynamic forces I guess, and it places gentle load over longer periods, not high load for short periods. Okay so I just wanted to know I'm iqlet so it's hard to learn, if anyone has opinions or information that would be cool
