If you workout 3x a week, do NOT go to failure AT ALL. You should always be at 0-1 rir (reps in reserve) for isolation lifts and 1-2 rir for compound lifts. Also, going over 10 reps in a set is just creating unnecessary fatigue so stay in the 4-9 rep range ideallyPull Up - Failure
