I'm kinda new to this gym thing and I now know that working out can potentially make you grown taller if you don't do crazy heavy workouts like deadlines and squats. But I don't really know how to start in this kind of thing. I've been going to the gym for about a month now and all I've been doing is leg presses, treadmill walls for about 45 mins and messing around with dumbells. I would really appreciate it if someone posted a workout routine that worked for them.
