workout split

full body is objectively the best one due to maximum frequency. 'gooning helps with recovery and is a neccesary thing to do when doing full body tho. honestly not worth it for everyone
 
whats the most optimal workout split
fullbody or upper body high frequency low volume 1-2 sets per muscle group
u can get away with one chest movement since flat or incline doesnt effect growth all that much
