anyone got good workout splits?

Uraniumescent
Just run a Push pull legs, anterior posterior, upper lower or arnold split. They’ll all hit each muscle group twice a week which is all thats important. The split itself isn’t important its the consistency and the intensity. Do two sets pushing each set to failure. Get 1+ day of rest each week and don’t train while sick. If you want ill go through what each split means but you could just search their names up on tiktok and someone will give you a breakdown
