workout supplements?

Which workout Supplements do you REALLY need? I would say Magnesium and Zinc... anything to add?

you never "need" anything to workout, other than protein. also supplements like minerals are cope most of the time unless youre deficient.

The most basic things for hormones are

zma (zinc, magnesium, b6 in one supp)
Vitamin d and k drops
Protein powder

and you should see some great improvements

As long as you are not deficient zinc magnesium etc. wont do anything.
Same with protein, but you can take it if you cant get enough protein for some reason (lactose intolerant ?).

Creatine and mk677 helps a little, but they also bloat you little. And mk677 is not good for very long term (like 1 year) use.
Cycling DSIP might also be helpful.

If these dont get you anywhere, and you still want a good body you probably have to live dependant of needles every week.
