ye i had similar step off with a genio surgeon was one of the italians , really over for him. Revision is cope too they destroyed the soft tissue with the advancement and now he can only cope with fillers.

hmm ive heard raffainis pretty good at bonegrafts for bsso step offs and usually doesnt do big genios. never the less step offs are something everyone can get, depends on movements, soft tissues and anatomy of the mandible. how much advancement did you get?

ye i don't get why they don't put it in the same procedure if they already know they are not capable enough to do a human looking countour of the chin//mandible , now i have to go through 1 year of swelling again and hope i don't get botched , implant infected etc... keep in mind most surgeons are really retarded and have their title just because of elite memory , they have absolutely 0 problem solving skills
