Worst eye area

Both my eyes are bulgy af. In the mirror they look...ok but you can still sense that they are popping out. However, in a selfie it's horrific. Can literally see it drooping and then popping out of the sockets. Here's two pics. In the pictures they look droopy but when it's zoomed out they look like they are legit being popped out the skull.

I understand weak under eye support causes a bad area but why is the upper eye like that? The eyeball is very large and the top part of it protrudes aswell.

Do you know what's the cause of this problem though? Does the recessed maxilla make the eyeball that large? Other people who are recessed in the maxilla I don't see the eyeball popping out like that especially from the uppereyelid too that much.
