Is I gotta quit gym to cram shit, god I hate this crap so much just eating whatever spawns and not being able to workout makes my dick invert into a fucking vagina this is so lame

Crippled people self report a decently high quality of life despite their limitations studies find this.
People learn to adapt even if they are fucked for the most part it is what it is call it a cope it’s all the same

Cutting diet usually fruit + yogurt in the morning, protein shakes spread 2-3 times throughout the day, dinner some heavy source of protein usually chicken, tofu beans etc at night ill make myself a salad bowl.

Idk the exact calories but I went from 85kg to 77kg in 7/8 weeks retaining most of my strength

Do you think lifting during cutting helps by increasing bmr as muscle burns more cals ?
