Worth it to pay €16.5k for Ramieri/Marianetti or go with Medipol (Dr. Özkan)?

I’m planning a combined rhinoplasty and sliding genioplasty and comparing two options:


1. Ramieri + Marianetti (Italy):
Top-tier reputation, asking ~€16.5k. Known for extremely refined, natural-looking results.


2. Medipol (Dr. Özkan, Turkey):
A surgeon who performs both rhinoplasty and advanced genioplasty. Cost ~€7.5k. He’s active in international microsurgery societies and uses advanced 3D planning. Seems experienced with both projection and contouring.


My facial goals (mainly lower third):
Chin projection: +4–5 mm
Chin vertical length: +2–3 mm
Chin width (horizontal widening): +2–4 mm
Symmetry correction (my right side is stronger)
Straighten nose. Soft nasal hump smoothing + mild refinement of tip
Goal is to look stronger and more balanced, while still very natural and not overdone.

Main concern:
Will Medipol (Dr. Özkan) deliver results at a similar level to the Italian duo, or is it worth paying double for Ramieri/Marianetti in this case?

Marianetti is overrated, only concern I'd have is with genio, your chin in full of nerve endings and it requires a skilled maxfac to get right and not leave you with permanent nerve damage, also does Ozkan have any before an afters, I couldn't find any

No i havent found any before after pics of Özkan Genio. But i will ask Medipol for some after i send them the 3D scan of my jaw and chin. They can do a 3d Simulation of the Genio at Medipol.

I jsut have a crooked nose and need a sharper nose tip thats all. My nose shape is perfect. I think any doctor with eyes i gonna manage that

He will make it look botched

My nose shape is already perfect — I just need the crookedness corrected and a slightly sharper tip. I believe any doctor with a half a brain will be able to handle that

Sharper tip is hard, esp if thick skin

Yep, now imagine the people who cut their chin in half (widening wise), i would imagine that there's more nerver damage and reatachment of the muscles would be extremely hard.

Choose based on the rhinoplasty results you like best. Genio is not complicated if the surgeon has experience with it.
However I have seen lots of botched genios by surgeons who don'd do it often.

16.5k for rhino + genio??
Get a genio with giant and do rhino somewhere else or just do a standard genio for 3k and rhino for 6k max.
