Worth quitting caffeine?

Mainly for better sleeping quality and improved collagen. (Coffee)

What are the pros and cons?

Not worth in my experience, the withdrawals are hell.

worth it in my opinion, if you miss a hit of caffeine you will feel withdrawals instantly.

the only reason it's so promoted is cuz its good for profits

nevermind reducing bloodflow to ur head and making u bald and lower iq

Whitdrawls are cope
I went from drinking 16 cups a day too 0
And still sometimes drink 10 cups a day too abstain for weeks not drinking any coffee
Never had whitdrawls

So basically when you drink coffee your body thinks it drank poison so it's in panic mode to filter it out.

That's why you feel more awake and focused, you're poisoning yourself.

Have you noticed worse sleep / collagen / undereye bags? or no change?
It's a just a bit more coffee I drank it anyway tbh

Didn't notice anything

Waking up at 5am everyday is fantastic for sleep if you're struggling. Just get locked in
