No not necessarily but I always have trouble breathing i remember breathing as a kid it's nothing like how I do now it feels like im suffocating every single second when im breathing it's kinda like torture and i was used to it but now tjat i think of it i feel like im drowning

sorry i didn't know your location. if its free, and you get a CBCT scan and they determine that your airway is constructed then yes. ask for a scan before anything, it shows more than just the visibile sign and im width.
