Would an MSE and genioplasty be a good decision for my ugly ass? My jaw is recessed as shit, and my palate is narrow and high arched asf (35mm).

One pic I'm clenching jaw, one pic I'm relaxed. I'm currently bulking as well.

I literally can't have proper tongue posture or swallow properly , my palate is too high up and when I try to get posterior 3rd up, I can't breathe, prolly cos I used to mouth breathe as a kid cos I had bad bite.
