would braces fix my big ass lips

i have a 100 % overbite with a estimated 2 year treatmeant plan (ik no pics nigga)
when im smiling normal my chin is about 6 7milimeters to my bottom lip to the bottom of my chin
and about 4 5milimeters when i put my teeth together i have no idea if that is a unrealistic smile
my measurments are fucked

my question is do my teeth interfere with my lip placement cuz ive never met a black person with bigger lips than me
and do teeth and overbite have anything to do with chin recession

getting braces made my lips bigger because I got more forward growth tbf
