Would chin fat grafting suit me?

This is my current lower third. I already had bimax (was twice recessed than this) and is still too early for revision surgery, so I'm considering either chin implant to add projection or rhinoplasty. Why I'm considering fat grafting over implants:

- Natural
- No bone decay
- Over 70% of the grafted fat is permanent

Thoughts?

Wel when u want fat grafts u wanna see amount of chin bone mass, so you would know you need fat or bone advanced

But I already had my chin advanced alongside bimax, lol. No bone movement is possible for the next dozen years.

I was expecting CCW since my mandible is recessed downwards, but surgeon will give me: - maxilla segmentation (means cutting it in half) and impaction of ~3mm - clockwise rotation of the back of the maxilla to fix posterior open bite and linear advancement of the front - mandibular advancement...

My recovery was painful as fuck, I'm traumatized by this shit. I'll have to wait another 2 years just to forget the pain of a tube being pulled out of my uretra. Btw, he had complications or something? Because there's no functional issues to justify my revision.

Surgery lasts for over 5 hours and you stay in the hospital unable to stand up overnight so you need this to pee.

what did you decide OP? Did you end up getting genio or fat grafting? I would say you need 8-10 mm of advancement, so idk if fat grafting would be able to do that for you
