Would cutting stunt my growth? 16 5'11

Jfl i knew you would have articles from some news website. These news websites are not evidence, they are not worth anything. You have to read the actual studies and see the source data. The studies that these two articles provide do not say “coffee stunts growth DISPROVEN” they are about bone mineral density, and the ny times article doesnt even provide any studies or data, just some other ny times articles as the source, which is worthless. And the one study on bone mineral density in the healthline article only had 77 young white women. Not a bad study, but that is a small sample size and specific demographic. The other study they link even says that data on caffeine effect in children and adolescents is inconclusive.

If you read the studies, you will find that caffeine has at most an extremely small impact on development. What I am saying is not that you will go from 6 feet potential to 5’7 if you drink a bunch of caffeine. But in the studies that examine this, they find people that regularly consume caffeine as kids and teenagers are usually shorter and smaller by a very small but measurable amount, not necessarily just because of caffeine’s direct effects on the bones and other organs but with the effect on sleep, appetite, and cardiovascular health, it can, but not always 100% of time, stunt or mess with growth and development to a very small degree

You will not grow anymore. You srsly think any guy with that ammount of muscles and developed male body are still in development? Jfl at u
Ive literally been growing taller since last year

173cm, but my proportions make me look kinda taller + i usually wear timbs (not for height)
when i was at the beach with some mates (thus all barefoot) they were shocked when i said i was 173, they all thought like 176 somehwere im the 5'9/5'10 range tbh
I would do anything to have ur frame and height tbh

I want to cut to get abs for summer just incase lockdown gets lifted but I don't want to stunt growth
Also are abs even that big of an halo?
with the amount of protein youd be eating if youre actually cutting correctly you definetly would not stunt growth, just dont go into too low of caloric deficit (which isnt even an effective cutting strategy regardless), if anything losing body fat would help you aromatise less of your T into estrogen and youd get more growth.
