I have heard some account that DHT, topical or systemic, can make your dick bigger. However theres no good research on it so its just a bit of a mystery. At your age I dont think it would matter since your penis is probably done growing and developing

Well I dont think it would cause any health problems for you to try, other than losing some hair on your head and growing more body hair. I just think its a bad idea to mess with your natural hormones at that age
