Would double jaw surgery affect my lips?

I want to get a double jaw surgery during ehich they also expand my palate. Would this widen my lips? I couldn’t find anything online

Not widen but more projected and symmetrical and can give you the halo of full lips

If you want wider mouth you need palate expansion with MSE or sarpe then
But actually you need wider skull then
Wide zygos, gonions, temples pull the skin more outward so your lips can look wider
But literally impossible without crazy surgeries
