Would downgrafting improve upper teeth show when at rest or smiling?

I was wondering because i have vertically small alveolar bone and that causes my smile to be incel tier because i show like barely any teeth when smiling

Btw i went to consultation with ortho and she refused to operate on me coz muh risky.

How do you know you need the ortho thing instead of a downgraft ?

Because my maxilla is normal height, problem is my alveolar bone(gums) is too short

Find an orthodontist who can do this with lingual braces so you avoid braces failo

I know about this. I have been to multiple orthos but nobody does this in my country.
I will keep looking tho
