Id start with 2000-1900 and see how you feel... even then remember calories aren't real or fully accurate, just a manmade number, if you eat more of an animal based (doesn't necessarily have to be like from a heaven farm in Norway or whatever, just not super processed green candy with soda, also doesn't matter if you eat other stuff (as long as its not like straight up trash like candy every day) as long as you have a strong base and fix your metabolism) you'll notice better results too.
