Would facepuller headgear be better than lf1 for recessed maxilla?

Lefort 1 only brings the lower part of the maxilla forward but wouldn’t the facepulling headgear be able to move the whole maxilla upwards and forwards while expanding it? Or am I wrong?

You want to get MSE and combine it with facemask. MSE will split the maxillary suture in two, which will make the bones far more susceptible to forces acting on them, so they’ll move more easily.
