Would hydrocortisone help me?

I am 14 years old, and just wondering if the hydrocortisone cream is effective, and if it would help me how I would go about at using it?
I have heard if can lead to permanent nose cartilage damage in the long run with other long term side effects.

In the picture below, you can see my nose is very bulbous and I have wide nostrils.

It’s pretty much cope and is also bad for ur nose, it also would do nothing for the wide nostrils which is the main problem. Botox/surgery is the only way mark as solution
