would hydrocortisone work on nasalobial folds?

i’m 15 i’m on accutane and my dermatologist prescribed me hydrocortisone for the corners of my mouth because they’re dry

i’m around bf 12%~13%, i have buccal fat in my upper cheeks and it makes my nasalobial folds more pronounced would putting hydrocortisone reduce it?
