We'll need to use the right technique for exactly the only right problem. And I'm warning you, it's never going to be normal canthopexy more those using bone fixation

I don’t have NCT though, I have PCT, it’s just that one of my eyes has more positive tilt than the other. My main goal would be to tighten the lower eye lid and rotate one of the eyes to have more positive canthal tilt so it matches the other

If it's just one eye, I think it would probably be mild.

Since the difference with the other eye makes the NCT more visible, send a video if possible.
