So just Infra orbital and paranasal? I don’t want to widen my face just have some more anterior projection

You have a great lower jaw, to make your midface match it you need to get infraorbital-paranasal implants. Also, something looks off about your eyes, I can't tell if you are cross-eyed or have a low-ipd but this is by far your biggest failo in my opinion.

If you have low ipd you need an orbital box or tripod osteotomy, both of which are very invasive, if you are cross eyed I'm not sure but there's probably ways to fix it.

Your cheek area is good. Adding anything would put you in the uncanny Valley.

Why would you need any of those? You have sufficient growth everywhere. I advise you not to pursue implants because they would throw off your great harmony.
