Would infraorbital rim implants make my midface appear even worse

Since my under eyes would be more supported and projected and my recessed maxilla isn't entirely accounted for.

I would likely pair them with paranasial implants to help minimize this - that's if I do get implants which I'll see when I'm in my early 20's
