Would it be dumb to get hair transplant without fin?

Surgeon told me I can just get a ht then get another one in like 2-3 years if it thins out behind the first one then get another one in another few years if needed and that way I will never need finasteride or look like a clown with weird blotchy hair.

I’m only Norwood 2 maybe 2.5 but my dad is Norwood 6 so I assume I eventually will wind up there
