Should you do sprints at 10:00 pm as hgh levels are said to spike around 10:00 pm-2:00 pm?
Then ideally go to sleep at 11:00 pm?

Just do them when you feel motivated and it fits your schedule. Your body is very good at telling you when it wants to eat, shit, fuck, work out, and rest. You're a biological organism, not a robot. You're overcomplicating it. I love working out at night like a weirdo, other people prefer morning. The important thing is that you do the workout with some consistency, though recovery weeks are also a thing. You don't need to find some perfect hormonal window of time for hiit training
