The physical attractiveness is what makes the accent sexy most of the time.
Some women perceive certain accents with certain good-looking men of certain phenotypes, nationalities, cultures, etc.
That's where the sexiness come from, not the accent itself.
If accents themselves were sexy largely indepenedent of people's appearance, Chinese freshies would be having a blast.

It's better to have the accent of your locale.
