Would it be smart to starvemax at 16

Ive gon through the motions and am currently waiting on a doctor to assess everything but i wanted to ask, is starvemaxxing worth it. I am overweight, have delayed puberty as in tanner stage 2.1 and ive tried things like aggressively cycling and calorie deficits but the scales dont go down. I also have chronic inflammation from my immune system in my knees liver and eyes

Your body isn’t exempt from the laws of thermodynamics. If you're not losing weight, you're not in a deficit; you're just coping.
