no, but you have severe asymmetry in the outer corners of your upper lip, you should get a lip flip instead, it'll make your mouth look wider too.

symmetry is more important than the nose to mouth ratio, that is what signals health.

pretty much every model with ethnic admixture has a shit nm ratio, but they usually have full well-developed lips so it doesn't matter.
