Would MARPE and braces ascend me or do I need surgery?

I have a severe overbite where, when I close my mouth, my back teeth touch, and my front teeth completely cover my bottom. Would braces even save me? Or do I need surgery? Also would it be possible for this to ascend me to htn/chadlight if I leanmax also?

My front profile is decent or good from some angles and lighting, but my side can be brutal.

I know I gotta get lean, but it is making it almost impossible to even get to htn with how it fucks my side profile and jaw symmetry/foward growth.

But are roids going to give me any more forward growth, widen my maxilla, or make my jaw more symmetrical?
