Absolutely! No idea what type of substance you’re talking about so I’ll just use my imagination but it’s completely safe 10-20 is ideal but considering it’s nothing you could go upwards of 300mg.

Yes I did a course upwards of 90mg without a dermatologist.

I did run it before that with a dermatologist however, and I did notably tolerate it very well which is why I chose to do it myself for a second course.
