Would taking acetazolamide + acebrophylline fuck my heart over?

Both are supposed to lower blood pressure and increase your heart rate significantly. Would taking them both result in a cardiac arrest? (High iq only)

Had a 250mg pill so far I didn't notice anything just like my any other normal day without any pill although I did notice my heart "skipping" and "pausing" few beats could be due to the low pottasium ig?

Yes it leeches potassium so high potassium plus acetozalamide plus coffee is great for debloating
