its important but skill/intelligence/charisma is most important. knew a guy from school who seemingly was like this. didnt care about others opinions and said stupid shit all the time. he was the walking joke of the school if not the citys, hes now a complete loser with broken legs, still saying stupid shit and being made fun of by all his 'friends' behind his back

these meds will just make it easier for some people to release their innate value and there are usually hints of that value in the inhibited state
