Would taking ashwagandha pills help keep my cortisol low and also help my growth palates stay open a little longer?

I stress out frequently and get really mad a lot, I get really mad at something at least once a day. If I started taking ashwagandha pills and cutting off things that make me angry will that help my growth palates stay open a little longer?

Please tell me what I said that was wrong, I just searched it up using google and went through a few websites and taking a capsule of ashwagandha a day helps lower your stress levels? I also read that excess cortisol can reduce cartilage division in the growth palates and that it also suppresses growth hormones and slows down bone growth? please educate me, i’m not stupid just uneducated

Personally I don’t like the idea of brain altering pills or nootropics , because it can limit your brain in the long term
